Room with view in the lovely French Concession
You cannot get a more central, convenient, and classy location in Shanghai!
My apartment is located in the French Concession area, within 10 min walk to Jingan Temple (subway line #2 JingAn Temple stop, Pu Dong Aiport Bus line #2 terminal) and Huaihai Rd (subway line #1 Changshu Rd stop). You can pretty much go anywhere on the 2 subway lines or grab a cab which costs $11RMB (~$1.5USD) for the first 2-3km. The popular Nanjing Rd and Huaihai Rd shopping areas, as well as the trendy Changle Rd/Xinle Rd shops are all a stone throw away. You can also get a taste of the old Shanghai by strolling down tree-lined streets in the French Concession. The area has a concentration of interesting little shops, cafes and restaurants, so you’d never run out of places to check out.
You will be staying at my guest bedroom with a park view in my 2-bedroom 1 1/2-bath apartment. Non-smoker is a must.
The apartment is sparkling clean, as my housekeeper comes in every other day. The room has heater/AC and a full size bed, so can sleep two comfortably. You will be able to use the living room/kitchen/washer/dryer etc. Bathroom will be shared. Wireless LAN is available.

I have a good selection of tea and also espresso coffee. I’m a Chinese-American from California who's fluent in Chinese and can help you with translation stuff.
